1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Videolink. By engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes & payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• 50% deposit may be required to confirm a booking; balance due on delivery, net 14 days.
• Late payments may accrue statutory interest and collection costs as permitted by law.

3. Scheduling & cancellations

• Client‑requested date changes are subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of a shoot may incur costs already committed (crew, locations, rentals).

4. Deliverables

• Delivery formats and specs will be agreed in the scope.
• Two rounds of reasonable edits are included unless otherwise specified.

5. Rights & licensing

• Upon full payment, client receives a non‑exclusive license to use the final deliverables as specified.
• Source project files remain Videolink's property unless otherwise agreed.
• Client warrants it has rights to all materials supplied for the project.

6. Credits & portfolio

We may display completed work in our portfolio and social channels unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant project.

8. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, strikes).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vilnius.
